Staff Biographies

Pastor – Rev. Scott Willis
Pastor Scott Willis came to Enon as pastor on January 1, 2009. He is married to Robin Stewart Willis and they have two children, Anna and Mara. He was licensed to the gospel ministry on January 17, 1999 and ordained on February 4, 2001. Pastor Scott’s ministry objective is to reach the lost with the Gospel of Jesus Christ through personal evangelism, and by involvement of the whole Church being on mission; to have the opportunity to help others become quality contributors in ministry roles, and encourage Christians to share their faith and use their God given talents in ministry and to be worshipers of God through personal worship times and lifestyles. Pastor Scott attended Fruitland Baptist Bible Institute and graduated from Faith Bible Institute with an Associate Degree in Biblical Studies, and is pursuing a bachelor of Ministry Degree from Masters International School of Divinity.  To see a message and Blog by Pastor Scott, please visit From the Pastor’s Desk.
Music Director – Roger Bracken
Roger grew up in Easley. He was saved at the age of eleven at Enon. He attended Dan Greer Bible Institute, receiving a diploma in Music Ministry. He came to Enon in 1994 as Minister of Music. He also served at Slabtown Baptist Church. Roger is married to Brenda Bracken and they have 3 children and 3 grandchildren. Roger enjoys fishing, hunting and spending time with Brenda and the grandkids. Roger says his goal as Minister of Music is to equip, encourage and empower people to grow in the knowledge of God.
Children’s Director – Joy Dover
Joy was born in Easley, SC and grew up in the Enon Baptist Church community.   She came to a saving knowledge of Christ when she was 11 while attending Hunts Memorial Baptist Church.  Joy is married to Steve Dover and they have 2 sons, 2 daughter-in-loves and 3 granddaughters.  Before joining with Enon Baptist, Joy served at Rices Creek Baptist as the Acteens director, taught youth Sunday school and sang in the choir.   She joined Enon 19 years ago and since that time has taught Mission Friends, assisted with the children’s program and taught various Sunday school classes from nursery to adults.   Joy has been VBS Director periodically over the past 19 years.   She is the Praise Team coordinator and enjoys singing with the choir.   Joy is also a certified first responder trained in CPR and first aid.   Joy is excited to be the children’s director at Enon and looks forward to planning events for the children to enjoy learning about Christ.   Joy says her goal is to show and teach children the love of Christ.
